For nearly 25 years, Roman has handled thousands of cases in complex work visa, family immigration, green card and naturalization matters.

In addition to his law practice, Roman frequently volunteers his time, skill, and knowledge to give back to his communities. Roman served for a number of years as Executive Board Member of Board of Directors for Cornell Law School Alumni Association and Fu-Jen Catholic University Alumni Association of Northern California. Roman was also a Visa Advisor for the Silicon Valley Moon Festival and pro bono attorney for a number of religious organizations in Northern California. Having gone through work visa and immigration process himself, Roman appreciates the importance of resourceful information in the immigrant community. Roman regularly contributes to news publications in Northern California’s World Journal on topics of immigration development, work visa, family immigration, and citizenship. He frequently engages in seminars and speaking events at organizations addressing visa options for international students and entrepreneurs who wishes to conduct business in the United States. Roman speaks English, Taiwanese, and Mandarin Chinese.
